These drawings were meant as an experiment in creating different ways of expressing the same scene. Unexpectedly, I learned that each drawing is original and takes its own direction in which endless versions can be created.
landscapes
To draw landscapes is to draw the wind through the trees, ground the trees to the earth and let them sway in harmony. Drawing is that solid and fluid.
